We used the Skycrane for several key shots in some highly remote areas to capture our actors against some magnificent backgrounds. We found the Skycrane to be lightweight, portable yet sturdy, giving us the shots we needed quickly and effortlessly. It is easy to setup, takedown and operate while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
After a month's experience with the Skycrane, I can safely say that your product is well worth the investment. The care and attention paid to designing, machining and finishing this very rugged product was obvious as soon as I started assembling it. The Skycrane is easily among the best investments we've made so far. I'm sure it will be a very productive, money making tool for us.

It is wonderful to unpack a new piece of equipment and know from the moment it comes out of the box that it is a professional tool. The design, materials and workmanship are all first rate, and putting it together was very easy after watching the enclosed video. Handling the Skycrane was a real pleasure- We were flying our XL-1 the same morning we assembled the Skycrane, and were pleased by the results.
What impresses me about the Skycrane is its versatility, it seems we'll be able to adapt to a wide variety of shooting scenarios. I think any college video team or company on a tight budget would find the Skycrane a great enhancement to their productions.
